Direction For Use : Use it to makes a great Tabouleh. For one portion porridge: Put three heaped tablespoons of dalia in a pan (preferably cast iron or steel). Roast it on medium flame, stirring constantly for two minutes with wooden spoon. Add half a cup of water and cook on low flame until mixture becomes soft porridge consistency. Add Honey or Golden Sugar (B6) for a delicious and nutritious non-diary cereal breakfast. Add a dash of Conscious Salt if you want a non-sweet cereal. Alternately add soyamilk, fruits and/or nuts, but only if you are in the habit of eating such combinations. If not It is better for digestion to stick to simple food combinations.
