I usually buy quinoa when I travel for its health benefits. You can use this as healthy rice substitute. It is protein rich and has hardly any carbs. For diabetics and health conscious people this is truly a wonder food. Cook it the way you would do rice (1:2 of Quinoa:water). Partial replacement also works well. (1/2 cup rice + 1/2 cup quinoa + 2.5 cups water. I am yet to try this product of Organic India yet but will do shortly. Alternately one can make spicy upma/kichdi with it.

It's a whole meal when consumed with rice or stuffed in paranthas..High in nutritional value as it's a source of protein..Suggested for people who like healthy eating and specially kids..
